PROCEDURES FOR COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

All maintenance requests must be submitted to management in writing.  We ask that residents log-in to their RESIDENT PORTAL and click on the Maintenance Requests link.  Please give detailed information such as location, issue and attach any photos necessary in helping maintenance repair your problem area.

PROCEDURES FOR MODIFICATION REQUESTS

All modification requests must be submitted to management in writing via your RESIDENT PORTAL or by the modification request form which can be sent to you by Compass Management.  Modifications must include all pertinent information for your Board of Directors to receive your request.  Every association is different, so please contact your management team to find your Association's modification requirements at 734-582-9603.

PROCEDURES FOR EMERGENCY NEEDS

If you experience or see a maintenance emergency, please contact management at 734-582-9603 or 734-306-0231.  A staff member will be available to help you 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays.

Residents can make direct payment via their RESIDENT PORTAL. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please send in your monthly dues payment to our lockbox at:
